Please note that our website is manually updated so the quantities available here differ than what is actually available in the shop. Usually, there is more yardage available even if it shows "sold out". Please call or message us if you need more than is shown. On the same note, occasionally we miss updating an item and there is less than what is shown. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible if we can't fulfill your order as you wish.
What are the Shipping Charges?
We ship US Postal Service either First Class or Priority, whichever is cheapest. Our rates are (updated January, 2022):
- $.01 to $20.00 -- $5.50
- $20.01 to $99.99 -- $7.75
- Over $100.00 -- Free Shipping
Do you ship to international addresses?
At this time, we only ship to the United States.
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship 1-3 days after payment has been received. If, for some reason, an order will be delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible. Some products, like Row by Row or Wooly Block items, may be pre-ordered but will be clearly marked with "Will not ship before..." as per rules of the Shop Hop.
What if I need a rush order?
Please call or email us before placing your order and we will work out which shipping method will be best and what additional charges there will be.
How do I enter a Discount Code?
Discount codes will be entered in the second page of the checkout process. Be sure to type it correctly without spaces. Sometimes a minimum purchase amount or specific products need to in your cart for a discount to work. Only one code can be applied to an order and some codes may only be used once.
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. Please call or email us if you are not 100% happy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Patterns/Books, Any item that has been subjected to cigarette smoke or pet hair, Sale items, Kits that have been opened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
